Our commitment
PayIt2 believes that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone. We are committed to providing a website and platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Accessibility features
PayIt2 takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements on our site can be accessed using a keyboard alone.
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure, landmarks, and ARIA labels so assistive technologies can accurately interpret page content.
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios to ensure readability.
- Responsive design: Our pages are designed to work across devices and screen sizes, including when text is zoomed up to 200%.
- Alt text: Images include descriptive alternative text where applicable.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus states are provided for interactive elements to support keyboard and switch users.
- Touch targets: Buttons and links meet minimum size guidelines for touch devices.
Third-party content
PayIt2 integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. While we select partners that prioritize accessibility, we cannot guarantee that every element of third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We work with our partners to address known issues as they arise.
Ongoing efforts
We view accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. Our team regularly reviews our platform to identify and address accessibility barriers. As we develop new features and pages, accessibility is part of our design and development process from the start.
