What if we don't know the exact cost ahead of time?

Estimate based on distance, gas prices, and lodging rates. Set the goal at your best estimate and note in the description that the final amount may adjust slightly. If you collect a little extra, it covers unexpected costs. If you fall short, adjust the plan. Most road trip estimates are accurate within 10% to 15%.

What if someone joins or drops out last minute?

If someone drops out, you can refund their share from the collected funds. If someone joins, send them the link and they pay their share. The per-person cost adjusts as the group size changes, and you can update the Campaign description to reflect the new split.

Should the driver pay the same as passengers?
