Raise entrance fees for intramural leagues

You're the new student activities coordinator for a small university. You've got a great semester of stuff planned, including an intramural basketball league. Past coordinators have collected league fees from students by making them come to the administration offices in person. You want to do something that will fit the schedules of the student body better. Some kind of online payment team captains could use, perhaps.
