Do my payers need a WePay account to pay on Pay It Square?

No. You're payers do not need a WePay Account. Your payers can use Pay It Square with a credit or debit card without having to sign up to WePay. 

Who can use WePay? 

Currently, only US Citizens can use WePay. WePay is working on the functionality to allow organizers from around the world to use WePay, but for now, it's limited to US Citizens. If you are not a US Citizen, then you might want to look into PayPal. 

What are the fees with WePay like? 

The fees are stated clearly on the WePay Fees Page. There is no monthly cost associated with WePay, and you don't have to pay any membership fees or up front costs.
