Collect money for special offerings

You're having a local aid worker come to speak at your church about her work in Haiti. You know at the end of her talk, there's likely to be a congregational interest in providing her with some financial aid, so you plan to hold a special offering before she leaves. In the past, you've used the usual giving mechanism to collect for these types of offerings, but this time you'd like to keep it separate and make sure she gets the money as soon as possible, since she's leaving for Haiti in a couple days.
