Manage money for 4H

You are the leader and organizer of a 4H group. You recall that the last few times that dues needed to be collected, not everyone paid their fees. Also, you had no way of easily keeping track of everyone's payments. You need an easily accessilble way to manage and make sure that everyone pays their dues on time.
