Hi, ladies!
Get ready for an extended weekend of wine, wellness and celebrating the future Mrs. Slade! The theme is "Camp Jasmine" and the vibes require you to bring fun-girl energy and to be down for involvement in some of Jasmine's favorite things with some of her favorite girls.
Payment Schedule
Initial Deposit: $200 (due by 7/24)
2nd Payment: $150 (due by 8/14)
3rd Payment: $150 (due by 8/28)
4th Payment: $150 (due by 9/11)
Final Payment: $150 (due by 9/25)
What's Included?
The cost of the getaway includes a 3-night stay at a beautiful cabin in the Blue Ridge, GA area , transportation to local wineries, a casual hibachi night, a private 3-course dinner, in-cabin crafts, cabin groceries, cabin alcohol, goodie bags and covering the cost for the bride-to-be.
What's Not Included?
We anticipate additional costs (not collected) will include dining outside of the cabin (1 breakfast/brunch, 1 lunch, 1 nice dinner), the cost of tastings at the local wineries, additional (optional) activities outside of the cabin, transportation to/from the cabin to get to outside activities, dining, activities, etc. Please budget accordingly and feel free to reach out to either Cinmayi or Lauren for any details.
Would You Like to Help?
If you'd like to be on a "committee" to help bring this bachelorette trip to near perfection, please selection the appropriate option and either Cinmayi or Lauren will reach out to you. We could use feedback and the help to finalize details, put together bachelorette games, curate playlists, coordinate in-cabin activities, decorate, make dining reservations, etc.
What Happens if Too Much Money is Collected?
If we happen to overestimate the cost of the remaining items, activities and/or services, we will give you the option to either collect a refund after the trip or roll your portion of the excess funds into costs for Jasmine's bridal shower.
Note of Transparency
Please reach out to Lauren at any time for transparency regarding the accounting of the trip. We want everyone to be comfortable with where your money is going and how it is handled.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SEVERAL OF THE ACTIVITIES/SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE BOOKED. In the event that you are no longer able to attend the trip, we may not be able to offer you a complete refund, but we'll do what we can to send back the funds which are refundable and/or hasn't been allocated.
