Hi and hello! Welcome, my name is Bracha Meshchaninov, I am a Yoga Therapist and wholistic Torah Educator!
My goal for my teachings and for this Retreat, is to integrate Mind, Body, Heart and Soul through Tiferet Movement Yoga ( which is yoga with a Kabbalist twist) and through our Torah Learning Circles, (TLC for the Jewish Soul) !
This year our Retreat is happening during the three weeks when we remember the past destructions of our Temple in Jerusalem and focus on the yearning for a new future, with a world of harmony and peace! May it be truly soon!
This is an exciting topic, especially in view of the miraculous and challenging times we are currently living in!

I am grateful to once again be hosting our amazing Wellness and Wilderness Women's Retreat at the Stephen and Betsy Corman AMC at Harriman Park
As always, our Retreat offers plenty of fun, health and healing! I continue to be excited to be offering this retreat as a way for our community to get out into nature, do yoga, enjoy the company of growth orientated woman, enjoy therapeutic massage, kyaking, swimming and 'forest bathing" while at the same time eating first class healthy (Glatt kosher and Chalav Yisroel) kosher food and nourishing our soul in a wholesome Jewish way!
Over the last few years we have seen how important Community is, and having the opportunity to have deep and joyful experiences with our growing community of "Soul Sisters" is truly redemptive and healing in the deepest way!
Once again we have some wonderful presenters and I am excited for them to share their offerings with you!
