Hi and hello! Welcome, my name is Bracha Meshchaninov, I am a Yoga Therapist and wholistic Torah Educator!
There’s a quiet kind of exhaustion that so many of us are carrying right now… not just physical tiredness, but a deeper fatigue of the heart and spirit. The constant noise, the pull of screens, the weight of world events, and the subtle loneliness that can exist even in a full life—it all adds up. You may find yourself longing for something you can’t quite name… more space, more meaning, more genuine connection. A place where you don’t have to hold it all together, where you can soften, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the overwhelm.
Maybe an Immersive Retreat in Nature is just what you need right now ! During these powerful days between destruction and redemption, we journey from the consciousness of the Nachash to the awakening of Moshiach — from constriction, fear, and fragmentation toward harmony, healing, and wholeness. The inner work of these times is not only to mourn what was lost, but to awaken the redemption waiting within ourselves, our communities, and the world!
This year’s special experience includes
*Torah Learning Circles that will focus on the unique gifts of this special time.....
and Tiferet Movement which is "Yoga with a Kaballistic Twist" based on the Sefirot and the Tree of Life!
Judith Rose guiding a deeply energizing and restorative Vital Movement practice

Harriman State Park with Malka Aarons
