Chair Yoga is an adapted and gentle form of yoga that makes yoga accessible to everyone. Chair Yoga allows you to modify your yoga practice based on your health, your mobility, and your current ability level. Chair Yoga offers a practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Join us live on Zoom on Sundays from 11:00am-12:00pm or Thursday afternoons from 5:00pm-6:00pm Registration info will be sent to you once you register.
If you cannot join live, you can enjoy a pre-recorded video and play it at your own convenience for $5:00 each.
