By purchasing and/or attending the Jefferson High School Class of 1985 Reunion Events, August 22 - 23, 2025, I acknowledge that purchasing and/or participation assumes my own liability of any inherent risks of injury, loss, or damage, and I hereby voluntarily assume all such risks. I further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Jefferson High School Class of 1985 - 40 Year Reunion, its planning committee (and anyone who has graciously taken responsibility to help plan events) from any, and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of, or in any way connected with my purchases, attendance at or participation in the events, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I also understand that by purchasing the ticket(s), it is considered a non-refundable donation toward the current Jefferson High School Class of 1985 40 Year Reunion Events and/or any future events.
