Lowndes High School Class of 1987 Reunion

'87 Rocks! Welcome to the registration site for our 30th Reunion! We can't wait to see you all on Friday and Saturday, September 22nd and 23rd! 

If you don't see options to register for Homecoming Football Game Tickets on Friday night, Dinner/Dance on Saturday night, reunion t-shirts, etc., those items have expired for pre-payment. That said, we will have a limited number of spots available for at-the-door registration for the Dinner/Dance on Saturday night at the Rainwater Conference Center (at-the-door price is $70/person). We will also have a few extra reunion t-shirts available $15 each on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If you order Class Reunion t-shirt(s) here, you will be able to specify your size(s) during checkout.
  
• If you prefer to pay by check, please ONLY choose the "Request To Register By Mail and Pay By Check" option above, and we will contact you with a link to a registration form you can download, print, complete, and mail in along with a check.
• You can checkout and pay here with most major CREDIT OR DEBIT cards. Nominal payment processing fees will be added to your total.

Friday- September 22, 2017

5:30PM - Tour of LHS Walk the old haunts. See the changes and additions. 

6:00PM - Tailgate Hamburgers and hotdogs. Cost is $5.00. You don't bring a thing. Just come ready to have a good time.

8:00PM - Football Game - LHS Homecoming. $10 per ticket.

Saturday- September 23, 2017

11:30AM to 1:30PM - Family Picnic at the Chancy Barn 
Bert Chancy and Timmy Nessmith are providing free Smoking Pig pork sandwiches with chips and drinks first-come first-served for anyone who doesn't bring their own lunch/picnic. If you have yard games, bring those too! We will have a corn hole set. While Chancy Barn does not have an address, the closest GPS address is 6274 GA Hwy 122 East, Hahira, GA 31632. (Make sure you put East or you will end up in Pavo). Look for balloons or a sign by the road. Chancy Barn is located east of Hahira on Hwy 122 near Possum Creek and Swindle Road. The barn is on the south side of the road, but cannot be seen from the highway. In addition to signs/balloons, look for the red antique tractor near the road. 

From Bemiss Road: Chancy Barn is located approximately 1 and 1/2 miles west on Hwy 122 from Walkers Crossing (Bemiss and Hwy 122), just past Possum Creek Road/Swindle Road. Turn left into dirt driveway at antique tractor with balloons/signs.

From I-75: Take exit 29 and turn East on Hwy 122 into Hahira. Continue through traffic light. Chancy Barn is located approximately 8 miles east on Hwy 122. Turn right into dirt driveway at antique tractor with balloons/signs.

If you want to bring your own food, there are several options in Hahira. Daylight Donuts has great sandwiches and salads. The Slice has pizza. There is also a Subway. We will have the directions and list available for you to pick up Friday. You can always stop in Valdosta as well.

6:00PM to 11:45PM - Dinner and Dance at the James H. Rainwater Conference Center in Valdosta. The Early Bird cost is $50 per person thru August 31st. On September 1st, the cost will become $60 per person. At the door, the cost will be $70. Dress will be up to you. You can dress up or wear jeans and a nice shirt. We want you to be comfortable.

*There will be a cash bar.

7:00PM - Class Picture (Entire Group) A photographer will take a class picture (everyone at the reunion) promptly at 7PM and provide 8X10" copies for $15 each. You may pre-order and pre-pay for a copy of the 8X10" class picture here. Dinner will begin immediately following the class picture.

7:00PM to 9:00PM - Photographer The photographer will also take individual and small-group 5X7" pictures for $10 each. These individual and small-group pictures may be purchased on site. They will be printed and produced onsite. 

Hotel Information
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites Valdosta Conference Center. The discounted rate is $99 through September 4th. You may access the discounted rate here. The Hampton Inn and Suites is next to the Conference Center. You can walk to the dinner and dance. You won't have to drive. See additional information about our room block below:
