Help me rebuild my life

Hello, my name is Ramona.

I never imagined I would find myself in a situation where I needed to ask others for help, but I am reaching out with hope and faith that kindness still exists.

I lost my job in Johnson City, Tennessee after my working hours became difficult to manage, leaving me unable to maintain my income and keep up with my expenses. During this difficult period, my rent was increased from $450 to $750 per month. Despite trying my best to catch up and stay stable, I eventually fell behind and was evicted from my home.

Now I am struggling without stable housing while continuing to apply for jobs and trying to rebuild my life. I want to work, I want to be independent, and I am doing everything I can to move forward, but I need help getting through this difficult chapter.

On top of losing my home and income, I am also dealing with serious medical issues. I suffer from severe patellar tendonitis and arthritis in my knee, which has caused ongoing pain, difficulty moving comfortably, and additional stress during this already challenging time. The condition in my knee has become worse, and I am scheduled to undergo an ultrasound examination to help determine the extent of the problem and what treatment may be needed.

The combination of homelessness, unemployment, medical concerns, and financial stress has been overwhelming. I am asking for help not because I want to give up, but because I am trying to find a way forward.

• Covering medical appointments, testing, and treatment for my knee condition.

• Managing daily needs while I continue searching for employment.
