About This Page:

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

We are reaching out to you today to stand with us in defense of fundamental constitutional rights and the pursuit of a fair legal system. As many of you know, this family has been navigating an uphill battle through the legal system. While the recent court verdict was a devastating blow, it highlighted a profound failure in due process that we cannot allow to stand unaddressed.

Every individual has a right to a fair day in court, but serious systemic errors and constitutional oversights occurred during this trial. We are moving forward to appeal this decision, turning this case into a vital fight for civil rights, accountability, and the protection of legal protections that should belong to everyone.

An appeal is not a retry of the facts; it is a highly specialized legal action aimed at correcting procedural injustices, judicial errors, and violations of rights. To mount a successful appeal of these rights before the appellate court, we require a specialized attorney. We have identified an exceptional legal counsel who is dedicated to exposing these errors and fighting for a just resolution, but the legal fees and retainer for this complex process total $50,000.

Having exhausted all of our personal resources over the past four years and during the initial trial, we are humbly turning to our community to help us protect these crucial civil rights.

Our goal is set at $52,000 to ensure we can fully cover the attorney’s $50,000 fee after standard payment processing deductions. Every single dollar raised through this campaign will be deposited directly into a designated account strictly used to pay our legal counsel.

How you can help:

  1. Donate: No amount is too small. Even $5 or $10 brings us one step closer to securing the representation we need to correct this injustice.

  2. Share: If you are unable to give financially, please share this link on your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and via text message or email. Spreading the word amplifies our voice.

  3. Stand in Solidarity: Your emotional support, prayers, and words of encouragement keep us moving forward on our darkest days.

Thank you for standing with us in the pursuit of accountability, systemic fairness, and true justice.

With our most heartfelt gratitude,

Kimberly Wall & Ms. Kristi Kenyon and family

This page has been established to protect fundamental constitutional rights, ensure systemic accountability, and secure specialized appellate representation following a profound breakdown of due process.

The family is navigating a complex legal challenge where major procedural errors, judicial oversights, and structural failures occurred during the trial. To protect the integrity of the legal system and correct these violations, we are officially pursuing an appeal.

Appellate law is highly specialized. It requires an attorney to spend hundreds of hours reviewing thousands of pages of court transcripts, performing intensive constitutional research, and drafting rigorous briefs for the appellate court judges. We have identified an exceptional legal team prepared to take on this challenge and expose these procedural injustices.

Every single contribution made on this page goes directly toward covering our independent legal counsel's fees. Our target is set at $52,000 to ensure that after standard payment processing deductions, the clear $50,000 required for the attorney's retainer is completely covered.

Thank you for standing firmly with us in the pursuit of civil liberties, procedural accountability, and true justice.
