Fighting for Due Process:

Our justice system relies on a simple promise everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and everyone deserves a fair trial. Right now Creshawn is facing a legal battle where those fundamental protections have completely broken down. From excessive bail to severe violations of due process, Creshawn's 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th Amendment rights are actively being compromised. To ensure a fair trial, we cannot rely on the state narrative. We must mount a rigorous defense that holds the system accountable. We are raising funds to secure expert analysis to investigate and challenge the integrity of evidence being used (5th/14th Amendment). Challenge pre-trial detention and legally fight the excessive bail restrictions keeping Creshawn detained (8th Amendment) bail is meant to ensure a person returns to court not to punish them before court even begins! We have found a specialized defense attorney who is prepared to step in, file emergency motions to challenge his 8th Amendment bail violation and aggressively investigate any/all tainted evidence. However to activate this counsel we must secure a $75k retainer. Justice is not free, it requires resources.
