Day 1 Learning Today 2 Prepare for tomorrow
January is creeping up on us and then it will be implementation time for the The new Conditions of Participation
which
require patient involvement in care planning and goal setting for home health
services, and this is also important in gaining patient satisfaction.
But wait there is more….
5 Star ratings we all consider that our agency and our patients are “different” from the normal average home care agency and patients! If your Home Health Quality of Care Star rating is not where you would like it to be, following generic recommendations may be wasting your time and forfeiting opportunities for real improvement.
Day 2: Coding the Questionable
This 1 day coding seminar will not cover every chapter, unlike in operation we are going to skip the easy systems and dive right into the difficult more complex chapters while implementing the new 2018 coding changes.
