For over 20 years we have worked together with neighbors and community partners to provide Community Empowerment, Education and Workforce Development. When we started, we focused on Grand Rapid's West Side Community. Since then, we have expanded our reach to include surrounding neighborhoods within the Grand Rapids community.
This year we recognize Max & Jan Gibbs as the 2017 Neighborhood Recognition Award recipients.
