Save Our Children
Every movement begins with one voice.
Then another.
And another.
Today, thousands of people across Jackson County are asking the same question:
How do we make our justice system more accountable to the people it serves?
Over the past several months, we have spoken with hundreds of parents, grandparents, and family members who have shared deeply emotional experiences with our local family court system. Whether every concern is ultimately proven or not, one thing is undeniable—many families believe they have not been heard, and they want meaningful accountability and transparency.
This campaign is not about revenge.
It is about giving citizens a voice.
It is about protecting public confidence in our courts.
It is about reminding every elected official that they answer to the people.
It is about give our children a voice.
Every child deserves the love, guidance, and support of both parents whenever it is safe and in the child's best interests.
No child should grow up wondering why they can't hug their mom or dad, celebrate birthdays together, or create memories with the people who love them most.
Allegations of corruption and misconduct have become the subject of growing public concern regarding the Jackson County Circuit Court. Some citizens allege that a group of attorneys and judges operate in ways that benefit legal professionals while leaving many parents unable to obtain legal representation. Others have raised concerns about discrimination, abuse of power, lack of impartiality, and decisions they believe were unfair.
At the center of these concerns are the children and families affected by family court proceedings. Critics argue that prolonged litigation and disputed court decisions can separate children from loving parents and impose significant emotional and financial burdens on families, while legal costs continue to mount.
Our goal is to pursue a lawful recall campaign against Judge Benjamin Bloom because we believe the voters—not politicians or special interests—should decide whether he should continue serving on the bench.
To qualify for the recall, we must gather 15,250 valid signatures from registered Jackson County voters. Reaching that goal will require a county-wide grassroots effort unlike anything our community has seen.
Your donations will help fund:
