Cultivate Your Inner Garden: Women's Spring Renewal Day Retreat

Spring offers an invitation to cultivate our inner garden, to feed the soil of our being so that we can thrive every day, create more beauty and harmony within and around us. This day-long deeply restorative and transformational retreat will heal and energize you as you gift yourself the time to explore the self-renewal practices from wisdom traditions in a circle of like-minded women. Our intention is for you to leave the retreat feeling refreshed, nourished and inspired.

I'm honored and excited to have my beautiful step-daughter Maya Casilda Acevedo as our special guest. Maya is a holistic sexuality educator. She will share simple ancient practices to balance and use our sexual energy as a gateway to increased vitality, creativity and lasting longevity.

For any woman who wants to deepen her connection to self and her life's purpose: women at all life stages, maiden, mother, queen, crone; sisters, mothers, daughters, girlfriends...

Prior yoga and meditation experience is welcome but not necessary.

YOUR INVESTMENT: We believe in a sliding scale. Every level of payment will include a delicious vegetarian lunch, snacks and herbal teas:
suggested $95 - $145 or any other amount in between that works better for your budget. We also offer work exchange - please contact me.
