Alyssa Estevez Scholarship Fund

Greetings GE!

In honor of our beloved Founding Sister Alyssa Estevez, we are partnering with the LTA Foundation to provide a scholarship in her name. The Alyssa Estevez Scholarship started in 2006, shortly after she passed away. Our chapter has been providing scholarships ever since.

In 2023, the LTA Foundation launched the Named Scholarship Program and GE was one of the first groups to participate. We have successfully provided $1000 scholarships in honor of Alyssa through the LTA Foundation in 2024 and 2025.

We are ready to begin accepting donations for the 2026 Alyssa Estevez Scholarship in honor of the 20 year anniversary of her passing. We request that each line of GE come together to donate $75 or more. Once we reach the $1500 goal for fundraising, we will donate the full amount to the LTA Foundation in Alyssa’s Parents’ name. They will receive the tax deduction for the full amount. Any additional funds will be set aside for next year’s scholarship.
