Please join us! This is the only event where the boys and girls teams come together and celebrate as one big community with eating, drinking, and dancing while helping to strengthen our programs financially. The event is open to parents of players of all ages, alumni, and friends and supporters of the program.

The Beef & Beer is an important fundraiser for the Conestoga Lacrosse Booster Clubs. The proceeds from this event cover costs that include uniforms, equipment bags, coaching gear, team building activities, transportation, and awards.

If you are able, please consider a direct donation (especially if you cannot attend the event) or sponsorship of the event.

Please consider donating an item for our silent auction. This year we decided to minimize the number of smaller items and focus on items that were most popular in years past such as sporting tickets, golf foursomes, vacation homes (within driving distance), concert tickets, sports memorabilia, etc. We are looking forward to a terrific Silent Auction featuring a number of exciting big ticket items.
