EVENT 1 - Re-Meet and Greet - Bonfire

**UPDATE**

The City of Benbrook issued a burn ban on October 7, 2014. We will not be able to light the bonfire due to this unforseen turn of events. However, this event will still take place at the same location just no fire. We will have a DJ, Pizza, Dancing, and plenty of fun to go around!

Time: 8:00 pm - 11 pm
Location: Benbrook Stables
Details: We have reserved a large pavilion at the Benbrook Stables with a DJ, a dance floor, and plenty of room to mingle and reconnect.

This event is an adults only event. Bring your favorite chair, a cooler with your favorite drinks (alcohol or non-alcohol...your choice), and an attitude to just have fun! This will be a very casual event. Wear your favorite blue jeans and boots, or some shorts and tennis shoes. Grab a jacket, just in-case, and come ready to kick back on a beautiful fall evening. If you have any lawn games, bring them (corn hole, washers, ladder ball, etc.). We will have a volleyball net and horse shoes. There will be snack food, water, and sodas. We will light the bonfire around 9:30-10 pm, so plan to stick around and warm yourself by the fire.

If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and have a designated driver. We will have information for local hotels and cab services if you need them.

EVENT 2 - Family Picnic

Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: Grand Pavilion at Veterans Park, White Settlement, TX 76108
Details: This is a family event. Please bring your spouse or significant other, and children. We would love to meet your family! We will be providing a picnic lunch of hot dogs, chips, and bottle water. We are requesting that you bring a favorite side dish or dessert to share, if you wish. If you would like something other than water, please bring your favorite non-alcoholic drink (sodas, juice boxes, etc.).

Please note that there is absolutely NO ALCOHOL allowed on premises per city ordinance.

There will be a bounce house for the kiddos.

EVENT 3 - Class Reunion Social
Time: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Place: Capital Bar
This is an adults only event. There is no cover for ladies all night and no cover for gentlemen until 8 pm, so arrive early and plan to stay all night. Please come and enjoy the evening with us. We will have the rooftop bar reserved for the night. There will be heavy appetizers to snack on and live music by the talented Mr. Josh Ingram. A cash bar will be available so bring your wallet and don't forget tip your bartender and entertainment!
