2017 FOX 16 Job Alert & Goodwill Job Fair

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas cordially invites you to participate in the FOX 16 Job Alert & Goodwill Job Fair during Goodwill Week on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, from 9 AM to 3 PM at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.

Goodwill Week raises awareness and educates the community about our organization’s impact. This year marks our 90th year of serving Arkansans with our mission of changing lives through education, training and employment. We connect employers to skilled Arkansans seeking employment. Over the years, we have learned that the best way to serve communities is to commit to empowering individuals to reach their highest potential through career-readiness education and training, employment and support services.

This event allows employers and agencies to promote their job openings, internships and other career opportunities to job seekers in many fields. The job fair will also give your organization the opportunity to network with other employers and provider organizations across the state.

Please refer to the following itinerary to plan your participation for this fair:

7 AM – 9 AM:             Vendor check-in and booth set up

9 AM – 3 PM:             Open to the public

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25. The fee includes one (1) 6-foot table, two (2) chairs, morning refreshments and luncheon for two (2) representatives/recruiters. If you need additional tables or chairs, please let us know prior to the event. There will also be Wi-Fi and an interview space set up so that you can interview applicants at the event. There is no cost for parking.

There is limited access to electrical outlets in the facility, so we encourage you to bring displays that do not require electricity. For registrants who indicate a need for electricity, we will try to either place them near outlets or run extensions to them; but we cannot guarantee this service. We will provide access to electrical outlets according to the order in which requests are received.
