Tiferet Movement's Wellness and Wilderness Retreat 2023!

Hi and hello! Welcome!
I am so honored to once again be hosting our amazing Wellness and Wilderness Women's Retreat at the Harriman Outdoor AMC Center. 

As always, our Retreat offers plenty of fun, health and healing!  I continue to be excited to be offering this retreat as a way for our community to get out into nature, do yoga, enjoy the company of growth orientated woman, enjoy therapeutic massage, kyaking, swimming and 'forest bathing" while at the same time eating first class healthy (Glatt  kosher and Chalav Yisroel) kosher food and nourishing our soul in a wholesome Jewish way!
Over the last few years we have seen how important Community is, and having the opportunity to have deep and joyful experiences with our growing community of  "Soul Sisters" is truly redemptive and healing in the deepest way!
 Once again we have some wonderful presenters and I am excited for them to share their offerings with you! 
Bracha Tango  a lifelong artist and art teacher, clay sculptress and painter will be teaching a Charcoal and drawing workshop!( Please see the website for more of their details .) We will continue to share in the wonderful offerings of Chana Weisberg, Gittel Schwartz, Rochelle Spooner, Mindy Oren and our amazing team of massage therapists !!

I am so looking forwards to moving towards harmony with you!
