Stripe is PayIt2's payment processor. Below you will find answers to all of the most common questions regarding Stripe with PayIt2.

 

Do my payers need a Stripe account to pay on Pay It Square?

No. You're payers do not need a Stripe Account. Your payers can use PayIt2 with a credit or debit card without having to sign up to Stripe. 

 

Who can use Stripe?

What are the fees with Stripe like?

The fees are stated clearly on the Stripe Fees Page. There is no monthly cost associated with Stripe, and you don't have to pay any membership fees or upfront costs. 

 

How do I setup my account with Stripe when I don't have a business?

In the United States, your Social Security Number allows you to be a Sole Proprietor. The service you are providing is event management or professional services.
