Why does PayIt2 charge a fee on top of the payment processor fee?

Our minimal fees for processing payments are the only way we generate revenue. Collecting these small fees allows us to provide excellent support and a dynamic platform for you to collect money. You can see our fees here.

Do you charge to set up the site? Are there monthly charges to using PayIt2?

PayIt2 is FREE to use! So if you need to organize fundraisers or events you can get started completely FREE. There's NO monthly fee and no limits on features. 

Where do I get the money from once I have collected it from PayIt2? 

The money is safely stored in your associated Payment Processor account (Stripe). For more information on how to transfer money from those accounts, see your Payment Processor's support page. 

Will payers have to pay fees for offline payments?

No. Fees only apply to online payments. Offline payments (cash and check payments you receive in person) can be tracked using PayIt2 free of charge.
